Stock your freezer full of delicious and nutritious meals for your family at just $4 a serving! Leave most of the grocery shopping and prep work to me. I’ll send you a shopping list for the meat and instructions on how to prepare it. Then you just bring them  to the workshop in a cooler and leave 2 hours later with 6+ meals for your freezer! All you have to do is cook them in your slow cooker and you'll be a dinner time HERO!
